Hookneural provides AI-powered receptionist services for medical practices, including call handling, appointment scheduling, and patient communication services.
Service Terms
- Services are provided on a monthly subscription basis
- Setup fee of $3,000 applies to all new accounts
- 30-day notice required for cancellation
- Service availability: 99.9% uptime SLA
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate practice information and protocols
- Maintain current contact information
- Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations
- Promptly report any service issues
- Pay all fees when due
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruption.
